Here we go random, here we go!

Yep, that’s right, the title of this post was a cheer…. Why? I have no idea… just to be random I guess which is the whole idea of this post so here we go……

- I am currently in the prayer room and wondering if I should be blogging in the prayer room….

- I once aspired to be a fencer.  I called and was about to set up lessons and then realized I was 20 and that was way uncool…

- I am incredibly intimidated by power tools, I can’t use them to save my life… and well, power saws especially just plain freak me out. 

- After seeing Zack and Jared’s video – I wish I could do the splits because that was one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time… if you haven’t watched The Splits video – go here to watch it, it’s pretty brilliant…

- I will admit this – I am absolutely terrified of global warming.  It’s a subject that I know a little bit of information about but am honestly kind of scared to do any further research because well, i’m just too scared.

- I can sing all 50 states in alphabetical order…. the one thing I probably remember from 4th grade! That and how to rock on the Oregon Trail computer game….

- I think it would be so sweet to take a 3 or 4 day vacation by myself and go to a random city and just explore, meet new people, drink alot of coffee and just chill…

- I think the Lord is teaching me a lesson on persistance in prayer regarding this one certain situation… I don’t think i’m learning very well because I constantly become frustrated and I for the life of me can’t understand what He is doing… but it’s humbling.

- I have read Isaiah 62 so many times, prayed the scriptures from it so many times but as I was praying for Israel yesterday I read the chapter and it was like a veil was lifted from my eyes and I read it as though I was reading a love letter to Israel…. it became so beautiful to me and it stirred my spirit so much… if you haven’t read Isaiah 62 in a while, you should go do that…

- Ben did a post that was somewhat of an ode to me, probably because I convinced him to, but he did nonetheless… don’t worry Ben, I promise my next post will be my reciprocating post on how cool you are!

- I decided to go 40 days with no TV or movies at all and I am currently on day 6… I can’t tell you how much of a difference it had made in my time, in my spirit, in alot of ways… I may just keep going after the 40 days is over….

- I love pursuing the heart of my King… what a privlege to be able to sit before Him and pursue His heart and minister to Him… I honestly love Him so much… so much…
